We are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Ability to produce and supervise some day-to-day activities within the agency office.
- Ability to receive coaching/instruction from Agent and implement to team
- Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience required
- Must possess TX General Lines Property & Casualty license
